EduTrackSMS does not claim ownership of school data.
Schools are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their data.

All payments must be made as agreed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
7. SMS Services
EduTrackSMS uses mNotify to deliver SMS notifications.
Message delivery depends on mobile network availability
EduTrackSMS is not liable for delays or non-delivery of SMS messages
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of phone numbers
8. System Availability
We strive to ensure continuous system availability
However, EduTrackSMS does not guarantee uninterrupted access
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data. However:
No system is completely secure
Users share information at their own risk
